The Front desk was never at the desk for help we had to bang on the cOunter. The rooms are not very clean and when we pulled back the sheets there were stains on them that looked like dried blood. When we asked for new sheets the help was argumentative and took forever to cload me up. He continued to argue that it was a old stain I suggested he may want to throw it away. They just seemed put out
This place is extremely quite and safe place room was clean and comfortable with the new update hot shower staff is very good

Located right in the Argosy Casino parking lot, so the hotel has good highway access. It was clean, but nothing fancy. Staff were professional, but not overly friendly.
Staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were clean. You could tell the hotel has smoking rooms because you could smell it even in our non-smoking room.
The employees here were very friendly. And though it looks to be clean on the outside and on the surface but there were roaches in the room so I do not recommend staying there it is at the casino. I would not recommend staying here unless you don't plan on sleeping alone when you checked in alone.
